At Julep, we want you to love your beauty routine, which is why we offer a 30-day satisfaction guarantee on all products. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange it for a full refund within 30 days of the delivery date.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your package.
Pack and Ship
Place the items in their original packaging if possible and drop the parcel off at any authorized carrier location or scheduled pickup.
Receive Your Refund
After we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
